I saw one of the sale reports in the HW (forgot which sale) that Bill Rishel bought a pick of the herd flush. Is he moving into Herefords?
He was a big time Angus breeder (BR New Design 036) who sold out a couple of years ago but was still on consulting with the new owners last I heard.
Anybody know anything?

Very interesting he bought the pick of the herd flush at the Hoffman-W4-Topp sale for $12,000.
This to me is very intriguing.

I just find it very interesting that an Angus breeder that has bred some of the most used bulls in the history of the Angus breed is now buying flushes on Hereford cows. Is he getting in the Hereford biz now? Just a sideline? $12,000 for a flush is pretty good jingle to be paying for a single flush. www.rishelangus.com/aboutus.html
