Good question. I’d like to know as well.

From reading the catalog, it looks like Jamisons are dissolving the partnership they established after their last dispersal. Hirsche is doing the same thing in Canada.

A friend who went to the sale sale thought it went well. Said Gordon said his horses averaged $5,000.00 in his recent sale. He understood he was going to concentrate on horses more. They ran one herd bull through. The base was $7,500.00. He was passed out. With the drought we are in many are hesitant to buy.

Having a floor at dispersal sale doesn’t make sense. I thought the purpose of dispersal sales was to get rid of everything.

The definition of a dispersal seems different today.

I was going by what I was told by those in attendance. Guess someone could of bought him after the sale. I was told he ever came lose to the $7,500.00 in the ring.

The definition of a dispersal seems different today. Apparently, 3 months later you have a 80 bull lot annual sale.

They held this set of bulls for their bull sale. Think this is suppose to be their final sale.

What is the future? Will any of the family members continue in some way? They sold a lot of bulls to commercial producers. As the breed fades, you have to be sad about each exit.
