Bull or heifer calf? Looks like your bull is doing a wonderfull job throwing lots of rear quarter muscling. They sure are staying in good shape.

That is a heifer calf. Not the best cow picture. I just had it the day I set up this board and was using it for a test post.
I do like the cow and the heifer. I have posted better pictures of the cow on other sites.
I am seriously considering doing away with the fall calving herd. I have about 20 commercial fall calvers and only 5 fall calving registered cows so I should probably just do away with the fall cows. I have to make up my mind this month as "bull turnout" is coming up if I do keep the fall calvers.
