Looking good Danny!
I've been meaning to take the camera out in the pasture this summer to get some photos to share too but last time I had it on me we noticed a couple feet that needed treatment and were more concerned with getting them in to work on than getting pictures since they were right near the corral gate which hardly ever is the case when we need to get something in to work during the summer. This is the only new picture we have since the spring, this is mom giving our early May orphan bottle calf her last bottle earlier this month. Should be interesting to see how she reacts this fall when she is integrated back in with everyone as she is the only thing currently at the home farm.

Curious as to your inbreeding coefficient. A real accomplishment to have such a nice linebred herd. Many years of sticking to the plan and following in through.

You've managed very well to beef them up over the last few years! Under- and overdeveloped bulls and the resulting comments are some of my pet peeves as some of you know, so I feel I have to give credit here, Danny's got it spot on in my opinion.

Not as high as you might think, I have not checked this years crop, but some of the last crops have been from 16-24 IBC. The highest I am using at this time is JMS VICTOR 713 320 who is at 27% I could make some quick matings and jump them up rather quick but I purposely spread out the various lines within the herd to not get too high too quick. The bulls that I linked the pedigrees show IBC's of 22% for 451, 18% for 468 and 17% for 415

Nice, Danny!! I 've said it before and will say it again: "You're a real cattle BREEDER!". Just have tons of respect for what you're doing.
