My 9 year old son brought this home today. It was his assignment for Thanksgiving week. Really proud of all of it but sharing here for the Hereford part of it.....

Sudsy... Just for your information while reading the link Glenn provided. There are some of us that actually break tradition and serve more than the traditional Turkey or Ham. Today we had Prime Rib and Turkey at our neighborhood gathering. EAT BEEF...
