Does anyone use multimin 90, if you do do you give it to your calves and cows. I'm thinking about using it but want to know what people think of it that use it .

I used it on both cows and calves for two years. I am not sure I saw any visible improvements on it. I did not use this year. It is pricey and you have to get a vet order to get it so just wasn't worth it to me.

I live in a very Cu deficient area and give Multimin with Mn,Zn,Se +Cu 4 weeks before calve en 4 week before the bull goes in, very good product, concentration is supposedly higher here than the one you get in the USA and I can buy it over the counter.

I swear by the stuff, I have had much better luck getting cows stuck A.I. the years I used it. In my area, even the dairies that feed TMR's still inject selenium, so there is something to getting the mineral past the gut. The box says inject a month before calving and breeding but as a matter of convenience most of the time I give it to the cows when I put the CIDRs in.
