A couple years ago, we had a coming two year old get his nuts stepped on when they were huddled up in the bedding area during a snow storm. Pretty ugly sight, to tell the truth. There was no surgery or vet procedure that was going to fix the damage that happened there, and he went straight to butcher.

I believe the polled Hereford bull Spud-not sure on the prefix- has only one.

Yesterday, we were branding calves and had a 5-6 month old bull with one normal size testicle and one small testicle. The small one had a normal epydidimis, but the testicle was the size of a newborn calfs'.
